Welcome to this Regal Palms Townhome located in the sought-after Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Davenport, Florida - just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando’s top attractions. There is a Resort Fee of $20 per night plus tax payable direct to the Resort upon arrival (Snowbird rate from 1st November to 31st March for stays over 25 nights of $11.00 per night plus tax).

This townhome offers space to relax after a fun day at the Parks, or take a short walk to the Resort’s pool, lazy river, hot tub, fitness gym and Clubhouse with onsite Restaurant. Unlike many homes located on busy highways, this Townhome gives you peace and convenience to walk to Publix and restaurants at Berry Town Center including IHOP and Applebees, Sundays the English Restaurant/Bar, Mia Pizza, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian Restaurants whilst being near to Highway 27. Opposite Berry Town Center is a Starbucks and Giovanni's Italian Restaurant.

The Resort Fee of $20 plus tax per day allows Guests to enjoy:

DOWNSTAIRS
There is a Queen Bedroom with its own closet and Ensuite Bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Bathroom also has a door to the Hallway for Guest use.
A living area with two comfy sofas and TV for you to sit and relax after a long day out and about in Orlando.
There is a formal dining table to seat 6 persons, a kitchen breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove top with pots and pans, dishware and silverware for you to whip up a quick snack or a family meal. There is a drip coffee machine for Guest use.
A Washer and Dryer are also on the Ground Floor for Guest use.

UPSTAIRS
The large, airy Master King Bedroom has an Ensuite full size Bathroom with tub/shower combo. It has its own closet and Smart TV.
There are two Twin bedrooms on this floor which share a Hallway Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The front Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a closet and its own Smart TV.
The second Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a closet and its own Smart TV.

OUTSIDE
This Resort also has Guest picnic pavilions with charcoal grills for Guest use within walking distance of this Townhome.

This Townhome is Self-Catering. We will supply a starter pack for your stay which will include the following:

1 x Roll of Kitchen Paper Towels
2 x Dishwasher Pods
1 x small bottle of Dish Soap
1 x Kitchen Sponge
2 x Large (13 gallon) Garbage bags - all trash must be put into large Garbage bags
1 x small soap bar per bathroom
1 x Toilet roll per per bathroom

Bath Towels for each Guest and bathmats are supplied in each bathroom.

24-hour Gated Security;
Two (2) Parking Passes, please note Street parking is not allowed in this community. Parking on the grass is not allowed;
