This lovely 3 Bed, 3 Bath Townhome is situated in the Regal Palms Resort on Verona Avenue which is 20 minutes from Disney. Access to the Resort amenities and parking will require the Resort Fee of $20 per night to be paid for your entire stay. This fee is paid to the Resort upon arrival. Snowbird Resort Discount for 25 nights or more ($11 per night) from 1st November to 31st March each year. You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Resort.

The Open Plan Living area has two sofas to sit, relax and chat about your day out and about in Orlando, or to watch the TV in comfort.

DOWNSTAIRS
There is a Twin Bedroom with its own closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This Twin bedroom also has its own outdoor access from the bedroom itself.
A living area with two sofas for you to sit and relax after a long day out and about in Orlando.
There is also a formal dining table to seat 6 persons, a kitchen breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove top with pots and pans, dishware and silverware for you to whip up a quick snack or a family meal. There is a drip coffee machine for Guest use.


UPSTAIRS
The Master King Bedroom has its own ensuite full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. This spacious bedroom has a door leading to a small balcony which overlooks a lake. Imagine sitting here with your coffee each morning before you set of for an exciting day in and around Orlando.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed on this floor with its own Ensuite Bathroom (tub/shower combo). This bedroom is bright and airy and has a closet and its own TV.
There are a washer and dryer for Guest use upstairs too.

OUTSIDE
There is a small area at the back of the Townhome to sit outside and have an Al Fresco drink.

This Resort also has Guest picnic pavilions with charcoal grills for Guest use within walking distance of this Townhome.

This Townhome is Self-Catering. We will supply a starter pack for your stay which will include the following:
1 Roll of Kitchen Paper Towels
2 Dishwaher Pods
1 small bottle of Dish Soap
1 x Kitchen Sponge
3 Large (13 gallon) Garbage bags - all trash must be put into large Garbage bags
1 x small soap bar per bathroom
1 x Toilet roll per bathroom

Bath Towels for each Guest and bathmats are supplied in each bathroom.

24-hour Gated Security;
Two (2) Parking Passes, please note Street parking is not allowed in this community. Parking on the grass is not allowed;
