Welcome to Highlands Reserve Golf Community. This lovely spacious home with 2 large living areas has been recently re-carpeted and is ready for Guests to come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this golf community off Highway 27 in Davenport.

As you walk in the door the feeling of space is very apparent with the spacious formal living and dining area and its view of the blue sparkling pool outside. The large sectional sofa is ideal for sitting and relaxing after a long day out and about in Orlando and the surrounding countryside. There is a formal dining table with 4 chairs in this area.

The large Master King Bedroom has its own Ensuite spacious bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, tub and separate toilet. There is a walk-in closet for your clothes and a Smart TV too for ultimate relaxation whilst on vacation! There is access to the pool deck via patio doors from the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave for you to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The breakfast var has 4 stools and there is a 6 person breakfast nook table with views over the pool area.

The second living space/family area has another large sectional with Smart TV for everyone to sit and watch a movie on their downtime. To the left of this area, there is the Queen bedroom which shares the Hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo. Access to the pool area via a separate door can also be found along this corridor.

On the other side of the family area there are 2 x Twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds (4 in total) and these bedrooms share a Hallway Bathroom with shower/tub combo.

There is a Washer and Dryer for Guest use at the home.

OUTSIDE

The very large pool deck with covered lanai can be accessed from the Breakfast nook area via patio doors. Here you can sit and enjoy an Al Fresco drink or meal - there is a table and 4 chairs in this area and 3 sun loungers. The pool itself will be a welcome place to relax after your long day in the Floridian sunshine.

The pool at this home can be heated for an extra cost. Please check with the office for more details. BBQ Grills can also be rented via the office for an extra cost.
