DOWNSTAIRS
There is a Queen Bedroom with it's own closet and ensuite bathroom woth tub/shower combo. This QUeen bedroom also has its own outdoor access from the bedroom itself.
A living area with large sectional and two armcharis for you to sit and relax after a long day out and about in Orlando.
There is also a formal dining table to seat 6 persons, a kitchen breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The fully fitted kitchen has a new fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove top with pots and pans, dishware and silverware for you to whip up a quick snack or a family meal. There is a drip coffee machine for Guest use.
A wahser and dryer is also on the Ground Floor for Guest use.

UPSTAIRS
The Master King Bedroom has its own enauite full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. It has its own closet and large wall mounted Smart TV. There is also a dedicated desk space for those Executives working away from home.
There are two further bedrooms on this floor which share a Hallway Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The front Twin room is Mickey themed and has 2 single beds, a closet and its own Smart TV.
The second Twin room has 2 single beds, a closet and its own Smart TV.

OUTSIDE
There is a small area at the back of the Townhome to sit outside and have an Al Fresco drink.

This Resort also has Guest picnic pavillions with charcoal grills for Guest use within walking distance of this Townhome.

This Townhome is Self-Catering. We will supply a starter pack for your stay which will include the following:

1 Roll of Kitchen Paper Towels
2 Diswaher Pods
1 small bottle of Dish Soap
1 x Kitchen Sponge
3 Large (13 gallon) Garbage bags - all trash must be put into large Garbage bags
1 x small soap bar per bathroom
1 x Toilet roll per per bathroom

Bath Towels for each Guest and bath mats are supplied in each bathroom.

***** The Resort Fee ($20 per day) is payable upon arrival and includes:

24-hour Gated Security;
Two (2) Parking Passes, please note Street parking is not allowed in this community. Parking on the grass is not allowed;
Full access to Regal Palms Resort amenities (pools, lazy river, gym, etc.);
Towel cards and wristbands for each Guest.
