The pool also faces West so that you have sun most of the day and you can sit and watch the amazing Floridian sunsets, whilst having an Al Fresco drink or meal after a long day out and about in Florida.

INSIDE
As you enter this home, you will immediately notice how spacious it feels with 2 living areas, a breakfast nook, breakfast bar and a formal dining table.
The well stocked kitchen has new appliances (oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher), new tableware, pots and pans and is ready for you to cook up a quick snack or a gournet meal for those staying in the home.
The front entrance living area has a small sofa and two charis for those Guests who want to sit and chat or just read a book quietly.
The formal Dining area has a table and 4 chairs with views over the pool lanai.
The Breakfast bar has 2 stools for those wishing to sit and chat informally and the breakfast nook table seats 4 persons.
The light and airy Family living area has two sofas to relax and enjoy the large Roku TV with views over the pool area and the pond beyond the lanai. A truly beautiful view with a very relaxing ambience.

BEDROOM # 1
The large Master King Bedroom has its own Roku TV and has direct access to the Pool Deck area. It also has an ensuite Bathroom with separate tub and walkin shower. There is a closet and dresser for Guest use.
BEDROOM # 2
This is a Queen Bedroom with its own Roku TV, closet and dresser. It shares the Hallway Bathroom with a walkin shower.
BEDROOM 3 #
This is the twin bedroom with SuperMan and Hello Kitty bedding for younger Guests to enjoy. It has a dresser and closet and its own Roku TV. It also shares the Hallway Bathroom with walkin shower.

There is a washer and dryer located in the corridor to the Garage for Guest use.

OUTSIDE
The Villa pool faces West and is a great size for everyone to enjoy. It overlooks the Golf Course and has a pond view. Thee is a table and 4 chairs for Al Fresco Dining and 2 Loungers for Guests to use for relaxtion.
The pool can be heated for an extra cost - please check with the office for details. Pool heating is recommended in the cooler months (November to March).

Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for Guest use.
Guests can play at the Golf Course (payment to the Golf Course direct).
There are 2 bikes in the garage for Guests to use/enjoy at their own risk whilst staying at the property.
Please note there is a ring doorbell camera at the front of the house and a camera on the pool equipment at the side of the home.
