This Relaxing Executive 3 Bedroom 2 Bath (ensuite/Jack & Jill) Pool Villa has just been lovingly renovated with new paint throughout and new carpets in the bedrooms. Please note this home is a minimum 7 night rental. There is NO pool heater at this property. Situated on a large plot, in a tranquil position, with south facing private pool and extended deck, with fabulous conservation views - this home is truly a special place.
For Guest security, there are cameras at the front of the property, a camera at the side of house & a camera at rear overlooking pathway to wooded conservation area. There are NO cameras in the home or directed into the pool cage area for Guest privacy.
The Owners have provided a large Smart TV with Roku in the Lounge, with a large Flat screen TV with Roku in both Master King Bedrooms and a Roku TV in the Queen bedroom, along with ceiling fans in all Bedrooms. There is Air Conditioning and Free Wireless Internet throughout the property.
FACILITIES This lovely villa is equipped with everything required for a First Class vacation including the following: Free Wireless Hi internet is available throughout the villa; Free United States & Canadian telephone calls; Air Conditioning throughout; Hairdryers, and all bedding and towels are provided; Safety Alarms are connected to all doors leading to Pool Deck area; Villa is access is contactless and via an electronic door lock; Surveillance devices are on the property at the front door and on the sides of the home.
LIVING AREA Lounge area includes a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, large flat screen TV with Roku, Ceiling Fan and telephone, Patio doors lead out to the spacious pool deck. KITCHEN/DINING AREA Large open Kitchen with Dining Table (seats 4) small breakfast bar and 3 bar stools. Complete with oven, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 Guests (including children & infants). Bedroom 1 (Master) with extra large King size bed, large flatscreen Roku TV, walk in wardrobe; Bedroom 2 (Master) with extra large King size bed large flatscreen Roku TV, closet; Bedroom 3 Queen bed with flat screen Roku TV - (ensuite), closet; All bedrooms have ceiling fans; Bathroom 1 with large walk-in shower & WC (Ensuite to Bedroom 1); Bathroom 2 with bath shower and WC (Ensuite to Bedroom 2) with Jack & Jill doors.
In the Air Conditioned Garage, there is a 7 foot by 4 foot Pool table and large TV sofa for those who want to watch the match! The washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the utility area near the garage. POOL AREA Large private South facing pool with plenty of seating for everyone on the spacious pool deck. Large table and 4 chairs, 3 loungers, 3 chairs with foot stools, 2 small side tables. The spacious Pool deck is approx 50' x 22', with stunning views over conservation land. Relax and enjoy an Al Fresco drink or meal whilst enjoying the conservation view and Floridian weather. This lovely home is located on a private, peaceful and tranquil setting which will allow you also enjoy the amazing wildlife. Please note this home is not Wheelchair Accessible and No Pets are allowed on the premises. This home does not allow smoking or vaping in the home, garage or outside on the pool deck area. There is NO pool heater at this property. There will be a 5% credit/debit card merchant fee added to your total booking for processing your payment.
