There is a relaxing Spa on the side of the pool which can be heated for an extra cost (please check with the office for price). There are no rear neighbors and the pool lanai faces West, so you can relax and enjoy the Floridian sunsets whilst sipping an Al Fresco drink after a long day out and about in Orlando.
This lovely home has 2 living areas, one at the front of the home with leather sofa and 2 leather chairs for those who wish to read quietly or chat about their day. The second living area has a large sectional sofa and large Smart TV overlooking the pool area.
There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer - everything you woul dneed to make dinner or a quick snack. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools and there is a table with 4 chairs for formal dining.
The Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (this bathroom has direct access to the pool area) has a closet, own TV and Queen bed.
There is a second Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, own TV and Queen bed.
There is a third Queen bedroom with its own closet which shares the Hallway Bathroom with the Twin Room.
The Twin room has 2 single beds and its own closet.
All in all, this lovely Villa will provide you with a great home base for your trip to Orlando, being just off Highway 27 at Cagan's Crossing, near to the 192 where there are so many choices to eat (Millers, Applebees, Lazy Dog, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and many more) or shop. Disney is 25 minutes away, Universal and Seaworld are 40 minutes too!
