INSIDE SPACE
As you enter this amazing home, you will immediately see its beautifully decorated 15 foot Christmas tree with a stunning Crystal Chandelier to compliment the lighting - take your vacation and even your Christimas/Holiday card photos next to this unique feature. On the Ground Floor, there are two living areas for those wishing to either watch the large smart TV with your favorite streaming programs or else relax in comfort reading a book. There is a dining table with seating for 8 persons with a view over the pool and lake outside, The kitchen is very well equipped and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine, so all coffee tastes will be satisfied. It has all the equipment you need to make either a quick snack or a gourmet meal during your stay. There is a washer and dryer for Guest use too.
A wooden crib for Baby use has been provided and is located in the upstairs Aladdin King Bedroom - please note we do not supply bed linen for the crib. All other bedding and towels are included in the rental price for this home
The home is Air Conditioned and has high speed internet access for your stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The Villa has large private pool with views over the pond/lake and fountain. The pool can be heated during the cooler months - please contact the Office for the cost to heat the pool for your stay.
The spacious pool deck has plenty space to relax and enjoy an Al Fresco coffee watching the sun rise each morning and again to enjoy a cocktail or beer after a long day enjoying the sites of Orlando. Al Fresco dining is also easy with the outdoor pool furniture well located to enjoy the view.
The hot tub is for Guest use and is included in your rental price, along with the loungers in the garden area of the villa. There are also 2 small kid's slides for Guest use - please note that all Children need to be accompanied by an Adult when using the pool, hot tub and the Kid's play equipment.
There are no rear neighbors at this property.
For car parking, there are 3 spaces on the driveway of the property.
