This lovely, relaxing traditional Floridian Villa is a single story property. It is spacious with two living areas, one with 3 large comfy sofas and TV in the main area, and a separate living area for those wishing to sit and chat, or read quietly. The kitchen and dining area are bright and are well situated for either a quick snack to eat before you go out for the day or a family lunch or dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay with plenty of dishes, silverware, coffee machine, pots and pans. The kitchen has a stove, fridge freezer with water dispenser and dishwasher.
The Master King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, separate tub and walkin shower, has its own TV for your relaxation and comfort.
The Queen Bedroom is bright and airey with a closet, chest of drawers and bedside table.
There are 2 further Twin Bedrooms each with two single beds with closet, bedside table and chest of drawers.
The Queen and Twin bedrooms share a Hallway Bathroom with a walkin Shower and toilet.
There is a washer and dryer for Guest use.
Outside there is a large covered lanai which runs the full length of the back of the home - perfect for downtime after a busy day at the Parks with plenty of room for everyone to sit out of the Floridian sun whilst relaxing. Under the lanai itself, there are two tables and plenty of seating for Al Fresco eating and drining. There are 4 loungers too for those who wish to enjoy the Floridian sun by the water.
The sparkling blue pool at this home can be heated for an extra fee - please check with the Office for the cost.
You can also rent a BBQ for your stay via our Office, should you like to cook outdoors!
Please note that there is no parking overnight on the road outside the property.
There is space for 2 mid-size SUVs on the driveway of this lovely home. The garage is not accessible for Guests at this home.
