This beautiful and spacious property is situated in “The Fountains” an exclusive and very private upscale gated community, surrounded by flowering gardens and lush, green landscape, making this Townhome a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The Fountains Community is a 2 minute drive to ChampionsGate (town) center where you will find restaurants, shops, supermarkets and even a very friendly local Bar. When staying at the Fountains there is really no need to drive to the local restaurants as most of the Shops and Restaurants are within a very easy 5 minute walk, with great places to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The property is spread across two floors, and was originally designed as a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom end unit townhouse, however the current owners felt that enlarging the ground floor living space was far more important than having the 4th bedroom. The property, now a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse, has a very spacious downstairs living area, is open plan and includes a large elegant living room, which overlooks the outdoor courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a bright high-end fully fitted kitchen, and a separate large dining room area. There is also a large Desk/Work Area with Monitor and Printer for Guest use - making this home an ideal rental for the travelling Executive, as well those wishing to just get away to play golf and relax.

The living room has a mixture of reclining sofas and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and watching the large 80" wall mounted Television. There is also 1.5 bathrooms downstairs.

Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with Super King-size bed, huge walk-in-wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. There a further King bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds, which share a hallway bathroom with a shower over the bath. All bedrooms have their own TVs.

We stayed in this lovely property in August 23 to attend a conference in the nearby Omni hotel and also to enjoy the facilities in the surrounding area . It’s very central for the many golf courses around Orlando and is only minutes from the I4 so it’s easy to get to the Disney parks.
There are a variety of restaurants shops and bars that are only a 5 minute walk from the property.

The property itself is maintained to a high standard having recently undergone a complete makeover in 2023 . We will definitely be back !!
