This delightful 2 story Villa is located in the Watersong Resort and is in a peaceful setting with conservation views from the Pool lanai area. The lovely Villa home is large enough for 2 families or a group of friends with two living areas to relax and socialize after a long day out and about in Orlando. There is a King Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom on the ground floor. The Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom, two twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds are all located on the second floor. The twin bedrooms share a Hallway Bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a family meal or putting together a quick snack and there is a breakfast nook area seating 4 persons for you to enjoy. The formal dining area seats 6 persons
There is a downstairs bathroom located near to the garage where the pool table is situated for Guest use. The Owners have also provided a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside in the Pool Lanai area, there is a patio table and 6 chairs for Al Fresco drinking and dining whilst watching the natural habitat of the conservation area. The pool faces West so you will be able to enjoy the spectacular Floridian evening sunsets whilst relaxing on one of the four pool loungers.

Really enjoyed our stay! The guard at the front gate was a bit rude but our host was very responsive, accommodating and addressed the issue immediately. Would love to stay again!

This property was exactly as written in the description. We had 2 families staying here and there were lots of space. Kids enjoyed swimming and playing pool. Adults enjoyed the patio! Great place to stay !!!

We didn't spend much time in the home but when we were there it was comfortable and more than enough space for everyone. What really stood out was the staff at the gate house. They were awesome!! From the night we arrived until the day we left, they were always friendly and engaging. The home was just as advertised, and we would definitely book again.

This property is very well located in the upmarket gated community of Watersong. It's at the end of a quiet cul de sac with open views at the rear. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities - the house was exactly as pictured, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. JC Vacations were a dream to deal with - right from the start they were responsive and helpful and during our stay they dealt with even the smallest query quickly and efficiently. This is a property that we would be more than happy to return to in the future - highly recommended!
