Situated on a large plot, in a tranquil position, with south facing private pool, lanai and extended deck, (50' x 22' approx) with fabulous views overlooking a small lake - this home is truly a special place.

The Owners have provided a 58'' Smart TV with Roku in the Lounge, with a 50'' Flat screen TV with Roku in both Master King Bedrooms and a 43'' Roku TV in the Queen bedroom, along with ceiling fans in all Bedrooms. There is Air Conditioning and Free Wireless Internet throughout the property. A safe is also available for guest use and is situated in the Master Bedroom 1.

This lovely villa is equipped with everything required for a First Class vacation including the following:

Large open Kitchen with Dining Table (seats 6) small breakfast bar and bar stools. Complete with oven, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 5 Guests.
Bedroom 1 (Master) with extra large King size bed, 50'' flatscreen Roku TV, walk in wardrobe & fitted safe;
Bedroom 2 (Master) with extra large King size bed 50'' flatscreen Roku TV, closet;
Bedroom 3 Queen bed with 43'' flat screen Roku TV - (ensuite), closet;
All bedrooms have ceiling fans;

In the Garage, there is a 7 foot by 4 foot Pool table and sofa for those who want to watch the match!
The washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also located in the garage.
POOL AREA
Large private South facing pool with 22' x 10' covered Lanai. Large table, 4 chairs, 4 loungers , 2 recliners, 2 small tables.
Pool deck is approx 50' x 22', with stunning views over a small lake. This pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months - please call the office for the pool heat cost.
A Patio table with 4 chairs for enjoying an Al Fresco drink or meal, along with 4 loungers, 2 recliners & 2 side tables are provided for Guests to fully relax and enjoy the Floridian weather.
Beyond the pool lanai, there are trees and a large lawned area on both sides of the home. It is located on a private, peaceful and tranquil setting which will allow you also enjoy the amazing wildlife.
Please note this home is not Wheelchair Accessible and No Pets are allowed on the premises. This home does not allow smoking in the home, garage or outside on the pool deck area.
