The outside pool area has a table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunset whilst sipping a cocktail or eating your evening meal. There is a UNIQUE PRIVACY SCREEN showing a stunning MURAL OF THE BEACH in the pool lanai, which adds to the relaxing ambience for your vacation! It has also access to bath and toilet from the lanai area.
For those who love golf whether a beginner or experienced golfer, The Highlands Reserve Golf Course is available to all Guests who pay the green fees. Guests can book their tee times and pay direct via their website or at the Highlands Reserve Golf Clubhouse. This is not your typical Orlando golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot Orlando golf. lovely villa. Exactly as described in the advert. Good communication from the agent and when I had a question during my stay, there was a very prompt response. I would happily stay here again as the villa was beautiful, clean, in a good location and competitively priced.

Great location, all bedrooms had TVs, which is beneficial when you have kids. Garage is made into a mini games room, so kids enjoyed that. Master bedroom ensuite is great, except you can see into the bathroom through the outside door and the water temp in the shower is Luke warm. Beds are comfortable, lots of extra blankets and pillows, kitchen is a great size with lots of cutlery and cooking items such as crockpots. Outdoor swim area is decent and well kept and although we had an ant problem, we know that it's Florida and this is bound to happen. There were 6 of us and we never felt overcrowded, always had our privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. It's about 15mins from the Disney parks, if you don't include traffic... but this is Florida and there's traffic all over. The management team were amazing! We accidentally set the alarm and on Christmas day, they called us back within 2 minutes of leaving a message, to provide us with the code. They communicated frequently regarding the requests to change the house temperature and did so within a timely manner and provided the basics so we had a couple days before we had to get to the store ( dish soap and pods, toilet paper, paper towel and laundry soap). My son found turtles behind the house and wild turkeys which he thought was great and the golf course was really nice. Entire house was well kept and very clean. No complaints at all.
