Enjoy the comforts of home only 10 minutes away from the Disney Parks! This newly re-decorated Disney themed town home, with private lanai views is perfect for your family and friends. We welcome you to our 2 story 4-bedroom 3 full bath. This Townhouse can sleep up to 8 guests, with the Queen size sleeper sofa you can accommodate 2 more. This townhouse includes its own private splash pool (with safety fence). Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with keypad access to your vacation rental in the Paradise Palm Resort gated community with 24-hour security.

There is a Queen bed with a Mickey theme on the 1st Floor with a shared full bathroom. The Master bedroom is on the 2nd Floor with its own ensuite bath. For those interested in the way of the Jedi or the Dark side, you can sleep comfortably on two twin beds in the LightSpeed Star Wars themed room. In the next room you can enjoy everything Princess from Snow White, Moana, Tiana, Elena and all their princess friends you can sleep happily ever after on two twin beds.

There is a washer and dryer for Guests to use on the 2nd Floor. For your little Mouseketeers, there is a pack and play and a highchair, upon request in advance. Please note we do not supply the bedding for the pack and play.

Guests can enjoy a peaceful vacation in luxury as our home features a spacious living room with comfortable furniture. There are two large couches from which you can watch the newly upgraded 65-inch Smart TV, play on a PS3, or just relax and read a book. The open plan kitchen seats 4 at the breakfast bar, and the spacious dining table can seat 6 people. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils to make any meal or smoothie! Strong Wi-Fi connection and bandwidth for multiple users has been tested and used in this home particularly if you or your young (or not so young) Disney scholars bring work or school along.

Relax on the lounge chairs overseeing our Palm trees and secluded view on the screened patio, or an evening of night swimming with the pool lights. (We do however recommend pool heating in the winter months from November to March – please check with the office for the cost of this service). Dine Al Fresco under the lanai, sipping a cocktail or two and enjoying a meal away from the Parks. The pool lanai area faces East, so you can enjoy the morning sunrises while drinking your coffee!

Guests will have access to the amenities of the Resort, which include a movie theater, arcade, tropical lagoon resort pool with water slide, hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, volleyball court, basketball court, Tiki bar and more.

There is short drive to the Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, Liquor store, Applebee’s, Olive Garden, IHOP, Target, Urgent Center, and other variety of restaurants and amenities as well as Disney Springs. Situated in the heart of Orlando this amazing resort is 30 mins from the Orlando International Airport and within just a few minutes of some of Florida’s greatest attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. With area attractions and resort amenities this home is one where you and your family will never grow bored.
