Our luxury villa offers a full living area downstairs with large flat panel tv to enjoy a movie night on a relaxing day in from the parks. No detail has been spared as the owners have ensured that your every need is addressed from a fully equipped kitchen and modern furnishings throughout the home. Modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces. The Garage now hosts a Games Room with a Pool Table, Table Football and Air Hockey - so plenty of fun for everyone! Amazing home with all the amenities our kids enjoyed the pool in the back! We have 13 people in our group plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other! A lot to do in the area as well! We plan to rebook for our next trip!

Solid stay. House is large and spacious. Pretty well appointed and user friendly, great for a larger family or even multiple people. Pretty much everything you’d need to have fun and enjoy your stay. Pool area is nice, and clean. All and all, pretty decent place.

The home was absolutely beautiful!!!! There were kitchen appliances that I never witnessed in a vacation home, including multiple pots and pans and a air fryer. They even supplied towels in each room and floats for the pool. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The home is absolutely amazing. Almost unbelievable. Very spacious as well!

"We booked 9 days in July 2022 in a villa on Solterra and the service we received was first class from start to finish. The booking process was clear and straight forward and Claire helped us with sound advice on the options to choose and things to do. The villa itself was first class and among the best we have rented in 30 years of visiting Florida. Thank you for the valuable tip about pool heat in July.... The pool was comfortably warm without additional heating! Would not hesitate to use Villas in Florida 2 Rent in future."

Property was clean and tidy and met our expectations as a substitute having been let down at short notice on our original booking through someone else. Would have preferred a more rural outlook but we're grateful we found this property at such short notice. Communication with the guy who dealt with the booking was superb

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. The location was great for driving out to the beach on either the Atlantic or the Gulf side and was close to Disney.

Spacious family home located in a resort style neighborhood. Home has its own private pool and a very cool Star Wars themed game room! You can take your pick of staying in and having all the amenities to keep the family entertained or taking a quick stroll to the club house and enjoy a large pool with slide and lazy river! Our New Year’s celebration was amazing! Something we’ll remember for years to come. Property managers were very responsive and very easy to work with. If there was an issue or a question, they were available via email through the app. We were equipped with towels, pool towels, plenty of dishes, cups and cookware. I would recommend bringing garbage bags, shower gels, additional paper towels and maybe salts & seasoning for cooking. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to friends.
