This enchanting vacation home, Solterra Villa, offers 6 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! The home has professionally decorated interiors you won't see anywhere else with bright colors, unique art pieces and window dressings adding beauty to this villa. All bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen offers all the amenities that any cook could want! Stainless steel appliances, cookware and flatware, upgraded small appliances and plenty of dinnerware. The generous dining room will make you feel like you are in a fancy restaurant!

The house was clean, roomy and perfect location to be able to walk to the clubhouse in minutes! Check in was extremely easy! We did have an issue with pool heat as the heater wasn’t working but the hosts were very responsive; had someone come take a look and refunded our money when it became clear there was an issue that would not be resolved during our stay (which was outside of their control). We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and the pool and pool area was huge with a large covered lanai perfect for us to spend most of our time!

Great place and ideally suited for location to everything. Not far from the airport you’re soon through the front door. There was twelve of us all age ranges and the house was perfect and so was the people in charge. Had a problem with the cooker they replaced it with a brand new one,very quick response time to all our queries. If we or when we come back would definitely look to rebook this villa. Walking distance to the clubhouse and lake but didn’t have the time and we were there for four weeks. Great stay. Cheers

Great place to stay. Great house to stay in and a great and safe neighborhood. The only thing to change is going in Sept. I thought the pool would be warm but it was cold. Get it heated! This home is located in a great location not far from any park you want to go to. This is the second time staying with JC Vacations and will NOT be our last. Great company to deal with and they are fast to call you back if you have to leave a message, and answer emails fast. A+++

We had an amazing experience the Villa met all our needs, as a party of 12 there was plenty space, clean and comfort for us all. We spent most of our time in the pool and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The boys liked the games room in the garage. Each bedroom has its own en-suite with a large bed, although a little squeaky than we’re used but very comfortable with lots of storage space. As a mum I got a lot of use from the washing machine and tumble dryer, coming home with no washing to be done was godsend. The Villa was within easy reach of the parks and restaurants…although the I4 could be busy at times. Security staff at the gates were friendly, we always got a smile and a wave. Because we constantly used the pool it was needing a wee clean up, we left a message with the management company and they were very prompt in coming out to us. We will definitely be a returning customer.

This home was as listed. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We traveled as a group of 6 adults. Everyone had their own room and space, which made it even more accommodating. The patio/pool area was great as well! I would definitely book this place again! The only downside was traffic into Orlando, where our convention was being held. Interstate 4 was very congested at random times of the day but all day. It took us over an hour to get to the Convention Center and, on one occasion, over 2 hours to get back to the home. Just be sure to add in extra time if necessary! Overall, we had a great stay with no complaints!
