The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and is open plan to the family room and dining area. Perfect for pre-park breakfasts or making a family meal after a long day at the parks. The family room is comfortable with modern furniture, a wall mounted flat screen tv and access to the pool area.

Upstairs, you will find a further 2 bedrooms. The first is the master suite with king bed, flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom. There is a slider door to your own balcony with a small table and chairs. Perfect if you want a few minutes to yourself or to watch the sunset.

The second upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed and a full size bed. There is a flat screen tv for your enjoyment. The third bathroom is next to this bedroom.

The washer and dryer is also located upstairs.

The home is fully air conditioned and has free WiFI

After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated!

Please note pool heat (subject to availability) costs $25 per day. Pool heat must be ordered prior to arrival and there is a 3 day minimum.
