This lovely, spacious Private Pool Home in "The Shire" Gated Community. Perfect for a family vacation, a business trip or a relaxing couples getaway. Close to Disney and Universal theme parks. Champions Gate is nearby and offers plenty of charming restaurants, shops and golfing. This relaxing Villa has a Master Suite with ensuite Bathroom, a Queen bedroom with its own Bathroom leading to the pool area. There are two twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds, one themed for Stars Wars. There is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining table area and large sectional sofa to sit and watch the TV or chat about the day's activities. Outside there are no near neighbors and with its conservation view, you can relax by the pool (which can be heated at an extra cost during the winter months) with a drink or enjoy an Al Fresco meal under the covered lanai.



Pool heat is an additional $30 per day and is recommended during the winter months from November to March. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are requesting pool heat. Pool heat is for the entire length of stay. At least 48 hours notice required to warm pool prior to arrival.

My family and I love staying there, we feel at home. All very clean and nice. They let us check in earlier than the time since we were coming on a trip and we had not slept, they were very considerate and their responses were very quick.

Excellent vacations, I rented the house for 4 days and my family and I wanted to stay one more day so I contacted JC vacations to which they responded very quickly, the communication was very good, the house was very clean and quiet, I would rent it again and I give 5 stars.

The listing was very accurate. All rooms in the house were spotless upon entry to the house. Access to the community and house were super easy. Lock at front door is a little tricky but we figured it out without having to contact the owner/property manager. Also didn't help we got there in the dark

The team at JC vacations was very responsive if needed, and the check in/out process was very simple. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to all attractions, and was very clean. The drive to clearwater/Madeira beach was about 1.5 hrs, but an easy drive for a day trip.

This home was everything we expected, just as advertised. 30 minute drive to Orlando and most attractions. inside was very spacious, clean and beautiful. the pool is the best part, very warm on the 80/90 degree days we were there.
