This delightful Floridian Villa has been recently renovated and is ready to host Guests for memorable vacations. Located on a quiet community, this property is perfect for a relaxing time after a busy day at the Parks or exploring the many other Orlando attractions.
The open plan living area is spacious and ideal for both families and friends to enjoy, whether seated around the dining table or relaxing on the living room seating. There is a breakfast table to seat 6 persons in the breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. There is a further dining table to seat 5 persons on the other side of the kitchen. For those who like to sit at the breakfast bar, there are 2 bar stools.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and dishes for you to create a wonderfull dinner or simply grab a snack before heading out for the day. It has a Fridge Freexer, stove, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience.
The Master King Bedroom is situated on the 1st (Ground) Floor and has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with separate tub and walkin shower. There is a walkin closet for Guests to use. This Master Bedroom room also has access to the pool area via the patio door.
There is a separate Hallway Toilet on the 1st (Ground) Floor too.
The Washer and Dryer for Guest use are also located on the 1st (Ground) Floor.
Upstairs there are 4 x Queen bedrooms each with their own closet and drawer set. These bedrooms are bright and airey.
There are 2 x Hallway Bathrooms upstairs on the 1st (2nd Floor) for the bedrooms to share.
There is a pool table provided in the garage for Guests to use and have fun.
Outside, a blue sparkling pool awaits you to cool off and relax in. A patio table and 4 chairs to is provided for you to enjoy Al Fresco eating and drinking under the lanai. This is truly a lovely Villa for Guests to enjoy.
Please note to heat the pool at this home is an extra service cost. There is no spa at this home. Please contact the office about the cost of the pool heat.

Everything you could expect and matched the photos and description. Pool was wonderful and the extra charge for pool heat was well worth it! The host was very responsive in assisting with any need that arose. House was big, spacious, clean, private, and well maintained. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with new cookware and appliances. The pool table in the garage was lots of fun! Will definitely stay at the property again, or have no issue with renting another property from the host. Great trip and I highly recommend.
