This lovely Villa has all the amenities for an amazing Floridian vacation and includes a large East/South facing Pool and Spa, which can be heated during the cooler months (November to March) - please contact the office for the cost of heat service for your stay. Relaxing outside in your own pool area with changing pool light color, you will really enjoy the beautiful early morning sun, along with sun for most of the day, as well as the welcome late afternoon shade on those very hot Orlando summer afternoons. The pool has a Child Safety Fence for the security of your little ones.

Inside in the living area, there is 65iinch Smart HDTV including BlueRay and VHS. The Smart HDTV in the family room has many TRUE HD channels for you to enjoy. These include ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN and many others. In most of the bedrooms, there are Smart TV's. The bedroom TVs are mounted high on the wall so you can actually watch them comfortably while lying in bed!

There are 4 bedrooms consisting of:
- Master - King bed with Ensuite Bathroom, wall mounted TV and closet
- Bedroom # 2 - Two x Twin/single Beds and closet
- Bedroom #3 - Queen bedroom with wall mounted TV and closet
- Bedroom # 4 - Bunk - Double/Full bed on bottom and twin bed on the top, wall mounted TV and closet

All Bedrooms are equipped with black-out blinds so that you can get a good night's sleep.
There is a Hallway Bathroom with a shower tub combo and toilet.

The garage is a cool Recreation Room with Slate Pool Table, Foosball, and Air Hockey where you can relax and have fun after a long day at the Parks. Also in the garage area, there is another small bathroom with shower and toilet facility.
A large front loading Washing Machine and a separate Dryer are also located in the garage area for Guest use if they want to do any laundry during their stay.

Extras for your enjoyment at this home include:
- IPOD docking stereo system so you can bring your music with you to enjoy.
- There is a Pack-n-Play and a High Chair in the home for use with infants and small children;
- Cable TV in all rooms;
- Free Wireless Internet. The internet speed is 300 mbps. There is also a Computer in the Recreation Room so you can leave your laptop at home if you wish. An added bonus is the printer with the computer so you can print your boarding passes at the Villa prior to leaving for the airport. It can save a lot of time at the airport when checking in;
- There are Hair Dryers in all Bathrooms;
- Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms (except Bunk bed room);
- Complimentary Private Propane BBQ/grill - all we ask is that you clean the BBQ after use and refill the gas when it runs out;
- A friendly local Management Company to help with any issues you may encounter during your stay;
- Contactless Check-in - a coded front door lock so that you can proceed directly to Villa upon your arrival;
- Large safe in the Master closet. It works with the same code as the front door;
